The City of Leduc's Citizen Recognition Program is designed to recognize those citizens, organizations or businesses who make significant contributions to Leduc in the areas of athletics, arts and culture, heritage and youth achievement.

The Citizen Recognition Program includes two Award Programs:

Leduc Achievment Awards - Presented throughout the year at Council Meetings as nominations are received. Nominations are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Citizens of Distinction Awards - Awarded annually with nominations closing in February of each year. The deadline for 2009 Citizens of Distinction Award nominations is Friday, February 27th at 4:30pm.
